Vu l'importance du danger émanant du réacteur 4 à Fukushima, voici quelques extraits d'une publication très instructive sur Fukushima.over-blog.fr. :

Hiroaki Koide, professeur à l’Institut de Recherche Nucléaire Universitaire de Kyoto, est particulièrement inquiet de l’état de l’unité 4 :

« Si la piscine devait s’effondrer à cause d’un nouveau gros séisme, les émissions de matière radioactives seraient énormes : une estimation prudente donne une radioactivité équivalente à 5000 fois la bombe nucléaire d’Hiroshima. »

Selon un institut de recherche de l’Agence de l’Energie Atomique du Japon, en cas d’entassement des barres de combustible, celles-ci peuvent s’échauffer car l’air ne peut pas circuler. Si la température dépasse 700 °C, les gaines peuvent se briser et laisser s’échapper les pastilles de carburant composées d’uranium et de plutonium.

Sans refroidissement par l'air, la destruction des barres par échauffement et la libération des matières radioactives signeraient probablement le début de la fin pour le Japon, et peut-être pour le monde.

Si on a de la chance, il n’y aura pas de tremblement de terre assez puissant pour détruire le bâtiment réacteur 4 d’ici trois ans et le combustible pourra être mis en lieu sûr. Si on n’a pas de chance, la piscine s’effondrera avec son combustible et engendrera un enfer atomique mondial.

>Qui dit abandon de centrale nucléaire, dit aussi à court terme abandon du refroidissement des cœurs et des piscines de désactivation. Est-ce qu’un expert nucléaire pourrait se prononcer sur la somme de radioactivité dégagée par la perte de contrôle de 10 réacteurs et l’arrêt de refroidissement de 11 piscines de combustible ?

>A plus ou moins long terme, abandon probable des centrales nucléaires de Tokai à 110 km au sud (1 réacteur à eau bouillante, 1 piscine), et d’Onagawa à 130 km au nord (3 réacteurs à eau bouillante, 3 piscines)

> Evacuation de la moitié nord du Japon, dont la ville de Tokyo.

Jusqu’où cet abandon en chaîne de centrales nucléaires irait-il ? L’étape suivante ne serait-elle pas l’abandon de la mégacentrale de Kashiwazaki-Kariwa à l’ouest (7 réacteurs à eau bouillante, 7 piscines) ? Est-ce réaliste ou bien les 2400 tonnes de combustible nucléaire délaissées de Fukushima Daiichi seraient à elles seules suffisantes pour évacuer le Japon ?

Les niveaux de radioactivité atteints dépasseraient les possibilités d’intervention humaine

Les autorités françaises, mais également tous les gouvernements de l’hémisphère nord, au lieu de faire l’autruche et d’être sourds aux préoccupations des experts japonais ou aux lanceurs d’alertes internationaux de haut rang, en tant que responsables de la santé de leur population, devraient d’ores et déjà diffuser massivement des conseils de radioprotection. En effet, si cette catastrophe se produisait, aucune nation n’aurait le temps de réagir efficacement à un tel évènement.

Dès le début de la catastrophe nucléaire de Fukushima, l'Au-Delà s'est mobilisé en envoyant des recommandations et précieux conseils de radioprotection, d'évacuation d'urgence (Tokyo compris ! dès le 16 mars 2011), des avertissements de l'enjeu pour l'humanité, des prédictions qui tous se sont révélées vraies (ex.: nouvelles maladies, beaucoup de cancer, protection indispensable de la thyroïde, mutations, contamination de l'alimentation et de l'eau, grandes souffrances pour les populations, incompétences des gouvernements, insouciance et ignorance humaine, menace pour la vie sur terre). Je les ai publiées en français et en anglais (pour que le monde entier puisse les comprendre) dans l'espoir qu'elles seront crues, sur http://attentiondanger.over-blog.com

Ce sont plus de 12 séismes qui ont frappés le Japon ces sept dernier jours,  dont un ce lundi d'une magnitude 5.1 sur la région de Fukushima. Red alert: Fukushima nuclear reactor 4 possibly collapsing, say sources, mass evacuations may be necessary (predicted and last time repeated in Message January 12^th, 2012)

Reactor 4 is in the most serious situation.It is assumed that if another aftershock hits it to drop the spent fuel pool hung in the building, the entire area in eastern Japan would be too contaminated to be inhabitable.

I was a civil engineer. From my view ,it’s impossible to think there is no underground water vein to touch the fuel. It’s beside the sea. I think minor hydrovolcanic explosions have already been happening. Just like pouring water onto the heated pan.
Also,it’s as dangerous as hypervolcanic explosion that the spent fuel pool of reactor 4 may be damaged. It’s “hung” between the broken steel pipes. It contains 1600 assemblies of spent fuel rods and 200 news rods if my memory is right. Anyway,they can’t reinforce it ,but they can’t take it down because it’s over radioactive. If another aftershock hits the plants and the pool falls down,the entire area around Tokyo will be literally hot zone. Tepco has announced that there are 1,331 spent fuel rods in the pool of reactor 4. However, 10/14/2011, Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency announced that the pool contained 204 units of new fuel rods as well. Tepco announced that water purifying system leaked liquid at spent fuel pool of reactor 4.

It happened on 11/8/2011.

No announcement about the radiation level or leaked nuclide etc..

The system is to take off the salt from water.

It happened in the high pressure pump part of the water purifying system.

A journalist of Shukan Asahi, Mr.Imanishi was invited to go into the site by an actual Fukushima worker.

The Tepco worker had sanity enough to think Tepco and the government should reveal the truth because it is the world wide / historical industrial disaster.

He wanted the journalist to report what is actually going on in the plant.

From his report, the spent fuel pool of reactor 4 is completely “exposed”.

An indicator that something may be off in how this nuclear crisis in being handled by news media worldwide, is that a significant event happened to Fukushima reactor 4 in the middle of the night on Thursday June 14, 2011.The event was picked up by very few smaller news outlets, but to-date nothing in mainstream news has been run on what happened. I encourage everyone to watch this video, captured by TEPCO and posted to Youtube by a Mr. Smotegi in Japan. I know that two fires were reported officially at reactor 4on March 15 and 16, and an explosion occurred at reactor 4 on March 15th as reported by Reuters. The fuel in reactor 4 was not in the RPV at the time, because it had been removed in November 2010, as unit 4 was in periodic inspection outage when the earthquake and tsunami occurred. All the fuel from reactor 4 was in the spent fuel pool at the time the disaster struck,and the temperature in the unit 4 poolsince, has remained consistently higher than the other SFP’s. It’s a mystery, and what’s seen in this video is more than a bit of steam coming off a spent fuel pool in the middle of the night.
