beetroot (protects from cesium-137), broccoli, cabbage, coliflower, radish, garlic, onion

lacto-fermented vegetables (sauerkraut, kimchi)

pollen (for general better health, protection from radiation and regeneration)

yeast (protection from side effects of radiation)

 

kelp, arame, wakame, kombu, iziki (all containing sodium alginate)

85 -170 g of algae / week in case of high radiation, 85 g / every day to stay healthy

Germany : 2.000 Bq/kg                                      THOUSAND HARMFUL

Japan : 500 Bq/kg                                              THOUSAND LIMIT

500 Bq/kg is-it the limit for all sorts of food ?        YES

What would be the most acceptable for health ?   BETWEEN 200 AND 400 Bq/kg
